While it is sort of deceptively so?
There is this section of the film Parenthood where Helen tends to believe that a boy needs a man around after her daughter's new husband has a "Puberty..." discussion with her son.
When she says "I Guess A Boy Garry's Age Needs A Man Around...", Tod simply replies "Depends On The Man..." before his goes into describing growing up with a bad father and that just anyone can become a father no questions asked.
"Depends On The Man..."
Might not be the most profound, but it is in the running.
“Never rub another man’s rhubarb.”
"I've never seen so many men wasted so badly."
"Good-bye. Good luck. Good riddance."
What constitutes profound, line that is great or one that becomes part of our lexicon that everyone knows by heart and uses.
"It's a hell of a thing killing a man. You take away all he's got and all he's ever gonna have."
Watching television is not an activity.
The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance "This is the West Sir When the Legend becomes fact print the Legend.".

This scene is a documentary about an Indian bomb disposal expert named Samar Amand. He's known for having 107 successful diffusions and doesn't wear any protective armor.
His line roughly translates to "life kills you bit by bit, a bomb kills you all at once. Why fear one and not the other?"
I remember it because I was a scaredy cat growing up and this is a bold way of saying take the plunge.
