Much as I dislike the character, original Midnighter should take these two apart. Genuine superspeed bursts, superhuman strength/hitting power, superhuman durability, combat precog. He should be able to close with either/both of these, weather any area-affecting stuff that actually manages to catch him (not a lot will, if any), blitz, and pull them apart.
I can't speak to current Midnighter, hence my question.
