Default BEST TV/Film urban myths ?

The kid off the wonder year's buddy became Marilyn Manson

The buddy from Leave it to beaver became John Holmes

The ghost in Three men and a baby

    Poltergeist curse

In Australia, apparently a certain 1980's teen variety show was big with "offenders". With numerous videotaped episodes found at their homes whenever cops would raid them..

    Others?

Hopefully this counts, but an All-Time Favorite would be Dennō Senshi Porygon (でんのうせんしポリゴン):

As Dorothy, Scarecrow, and Tin Man are walking away, there is a shadow that urban legend says is one of the munchkins who had hung himself.

There is of course the GOLDFINGER one that Shirley Eaton actually died in real life because of the gold paint.

Not only did she not, but she's pretty much the only member of the main cast still around. Most of the rest of the cast, Honor Blackman, Margaret Nolan, Tania Mallet, Nadja Rejin and of course Sean Connery all died around 2019-2020.

OHMSS has a bunch of myths around Lazenby's behavior on set or that he was fired (He chose to leave on his own).

MOONRAKER kind of has a Mandela effect thing about Dolly (Jaw's girlfriend) having braces or not.

LICENSE TO KILL has the famous "ghost hand" photograph from one of the explosions.

Hoverboards were real but banned for being dangerous.

The kid in the pop rocks ad died after having it with soda (head exploded)

Kid in the milky bar ads lost an eye after being bullied and beaten at school...

There’s that one where Alfred Hitchcock allegedly switched the water from hot to cold in the shower scene in Psycho to get a good scream from Janet Leigh.

Mr. Ed was actually a Zebra but since the show was in black and white nobody could tell.

After the last episode of Green Acres, the cast had a BBQ and ate Arnold the pig.

I know, right?! Then there's the myth that 4Kids dubbed this episode & reduced the intensity of the flashing effect, and that the episode was then banned by the government.
