Rude Removal, the lost episode of Dexter's Laboratory, has two versions: censored & uncensored.
When all is said and done, creator Genndy Tartakovsky would then clarify that the censored one is the only version that's been produced.
Furthermore, the uncensored variant is just a fan creation (and yet, the belief that this is the real episode means that the actual official version is still difficult to find):

The second ending to big had the woman turn into a kid herself at the end.

Slimer flies at the camera by the statue of liberty at the end of ghostbusters 2.

Then we have the effect stuff like is it "if you build it he will come" or "if you build it they will come?"

"Luke I am you father" or "No I'm your father".

"You're going to need a bigger boat" or "were going to need a bigger boat".

Is the gremlins leader stripe or spike.

Is it sex in the city or sex and the city?

Does Curious Goerge have a tail or not?

Is mr rogers "It’s a beautiful day in this neighborhood" or "It’s a beautiful day in your neighborhood"?

Is it "interview with a vampire" or "interview with the vampire?"

Ricardo Montalban’s chest in WRATH OF KHAN was made of plastic.

"Battle of the Planets" was one of many dubbed version on the 70's anime Gatchaman. In the BotP version the youngest of the team was named Keyop. He used to speak in a combination of regular dialogue and gibberish/sound effects. The rumor was that the gibberish was to replace non-stop profanity that was supposedly in the original Japanese version.

I'm not sure if this counts, but the moon landing was faked and shot by famous film director Stanley Kubrick.

Supposedly, there's a Road Runner cartoon from the 60's (?) where the Coyote caught RR and cooked and ate him that the animators did for fun was never released to the public.

This one was from overseas and part of "toons in the wrong cartoons" theme. They did a tom and jerry and speedy crossover and batman and inch eye private eye one. They are pretty mean spirited.

There was also "Soup or Sonic" from the early 1980s where the coyote does catch the roadrunner, sort of. I won't spoil it, but it's a pretty funny ending.
Watching television is not an activity.

There's a block of text that's been copied/pasted on social media & circulating around the internet where a "psychologist" saw a few episodes of Hey Arnold!,
and came to the conclusion that Lila showed all the signs of being a child sexual abuse victim (with her absentee mother being the wrongdoer).
Be that as it may, this is all either coincidental and/or looking too much into Lila's character.
