The inspiration for the creation of Phineas and Ferb was really a diary written by a schizophrenic, little girl who had killed herself.
Obviously, this urban myth has been debunked by both creators. They even went on Twitter to scoff at such absurdity.

Hmm...I don't think it counts as an "urban myth" more than simply misinformation but here goes:
The popular phrase "jump the shark" took many to believe the scene from an episode of the t.v. show HAPPY DAYS caused a quick cancellation afterwards. This is not true.
This scene happened in the middle of its 3rd season. It went on for 7 more seasons!

"Jump the Shark" doesn't mean cancellation just that a show is no longer as good as it was before that moment.

On Bewitched, Serena is played - not by Elizabeth Montgomery - but another actress named Pandora Spocks.

The Poltergeist curse may also come from that both Julian Beck and Sampson (II) and O'Rourke (on III) were extremely (and sometimes visibly) ill during production, and the filming probably did not help.

And of course, the real skulls used in the pool scene that led to the set having "creepy things" going on to the point they had to call a priest in to bless the set!

A worker died while working on making the tv show also didn't help the myth any also.

Part of the issue with the swimming pool scene was also using a lot of water with the lighting which worried Jobeth Williams so Spielberg got in the water too to reassure her...or share getting shocked.

Rest of the cast seems OK though, Craig T Nelson, Williams, Oliver Robbins seem OK, as well as most of the cast of III (Hard to believe Tom Skeritt was already pretty old even then! Always thought he was younger for some reason). Zelda Rubenstein and the actress who played Dr. Lesh lived for another twenty years.

One of the pool construction (Lou Perryman) did get killed though. Another was Sonny Landham of later PREDATOR fame who died in 2017.

The guy who played Ryan (Richard Lawson) was Beyonce's stepdad until recently!
