"People’s Dreams... Have No Ends"
I think it’s gotta be Dragon Ball Z. That’s my first.
"I love mankind...it's people I can't stand!!"
- Charles Schultz.
Found an English version of Voltes V, my very first anime that I want to share with you who have never seen it. Hope you like it.
Hmmm this is hard one!
I grew up in the early 90s and I think it was probably re-runs of Speed Racer that first got me hooked. Then there was also, Voltron and Gatchaman. Then came: Pokemon, Gundam Wing, DBZ, etc
I've never read much Manga.
AKA FlashFreak
Favorite Characters:
DC: The Flash (Jay & Wally), Starman- Jack Knight, Stargirl, & Shazam!.
MARVEL: Daredevil, Spider-Man (Peter Parker), & Doctor Strange.
Current Pulls: Not a thing!
Project A-KO,thanksyp Ralph Bakshi and SciFi Channel (when it was good)
A-KO was kind of semi-remade with Studio Trigger's KILL LA KILL, if you mix it with symbiotes and about a thousand times less SFW, and remove most of the "Daughter of Superman and Wonder Woman" angle (Although the main character's family IS very important...)

My first was Akira (which blew my young mind!), but my first LOVE was Ghost in the Shell. I must have seen that a hundred times, quite recently at the IMAX.
GITS:SAC is probably my favourite Anime show, too.
As for Manga, I'm much more recent to that as I used to spend all my money on US comics. I did make an exception to read Death Note as it was originally released in the UK, which is great.
"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"
"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"
"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."
Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!
