Standard default pop culture depictions, declawed werewolf still has it's massive jaws, with which to chew a vampire in half with.
Once you get into more esoteric abilities, vampires tend to have a whole suit of super powers paired with multiple weaknesses, where as werewolves are just impossible to put down without special equipment. So this likely becomes a war of attrition on who runs out of gas first.

Both still have superstrength, so whichever one remembers their Hand to Hand fighting style. Between the Brood and Vampiro, they've got some serious wrestling chops. What skilled werewolves do we know?

In D&D (5e) terms:
A fight between a basic werewolf (CR 3) and a basic vampire (CR 13) under these conditions is really odd. The werewolf can't actually deal enough damage to overcome the vampire's regeneration (even if it only crit for max damage every attack) and doesn't have the means to stop said regeneration, so unless they fought in an environment that provided holy water, running water, or sunlight (eventually) the werewolf won't be able to put the vampire down. At the same time, the only thing the vampire can do to hurt the werewolf (unless we're spotting said vampire silver equipment) is its bite, which it doesn't have here, so the vampire won't be able to put the werewolf down either.
Assuming neither are allowed to leave the battlefield, the vampire almost certainly wins when the werewolf dies from exhaustion (both are susceptible to it, but the vampire is far better at resisting it even without it's three legendary saves.
Make the vampire a vampire spawn (CR 5) instead and suddenly the werewolf has a chance (not a great one) of putting the vampire down due its regeneration being weaker and the ability to turn into werewolf-proof mist being missing in action. It'd take all the luck in the world, but the werewolf can at least theoretically kill the spawn, while the spawn has to rely on fatigue to end its foe for it.
Make the werewolf a loup garou (CR 13) instead, and suddenly the vampire's prospects go up. Despite being capable of somewhat reliably outdamaging the vampire's regeneration, the loss of immunity (or even resistance) to the vampire's non-bite offense means that it's possible to for the vampire to at least temporarily put the loup garou down, while mist form (and the immunity to nonmagical damage that's not from sunlight it brings) means the loup garou can't do the same to the vampire if said vampire is paying attention. Again, the vampire manages to squeak away with a victory due to outlasting the loup garou.
Giving the werewolf (or loup garou) its claws back wouldn't change anything in any fight, while allowing the vampire (or spawn) its fangs back would make all except for a loup garou vs vampire spawn fight (not mentioned above as the loup garou can easily damage the spawn's regeneration enough to kill one in short order) one team vampire wouldn't settle in relatively short order.
I'll opt to not mention the vampire spell caster or warrior (both CR 15), as I've yet to find a higher tier werewolf type to match with them.
