Default Favorite film about a group of young people on a mission

What is your favorite film where a group of young people (or friends) come together to complete a mission or to solve a mystery?

Stephen King's It has to be up there. It was adapted twice live and left a mark in a couple generations.

Another great pick, the 1990 film is still undefeated.

I'll add the rangers from Power Rangers 2017. Underrated group with great chemistry.

    Lord of the Flies
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

Hopefully this counts, but my choice would be...

    Roujin Z

Stand By Me was my second thought. First was:
    Superbad

Hopefully this counts, but my next choice would be The PowerPuff Girls (PPG):

Stand By Me (based off a Stephen King story) and The Goonies are probably my personal favorites.
Things I love: Batman, Superman, AEW, old films, Lovecraft

Grant Morrison: “Adults...struggle desperately with fiction, demanding constantly that it conform to the rules of everyday life. Adults foolishly demand to know how Superman can possibly fly, or how Batman can possibly run a multibillion-dollar business empire during the day and fight crime at night, when the answer is obvious even to the smallest child: because it's not real.”
