Combining Forces

Let's say that the big two companies agree that the comic book industry is dying. One way to save the business is for them to combine forces. However, unlike the Amalgam universe, this time they would break it into Earth-1 and Earth-616. What would these teams look like on each planet? Please feel free to mix and match as you see fit!

The Global Guardians -

Earth-616 has:

The Avengers -
The Fantastic Five -
The Omega Men or Annihilators (they're still working the name out LOL...) -
The X-Men -

Out of curiosity, why keep them on separate planets at this point? Wouldn't a combined earth serve just as well?
