Wow! Didn't realize he was that old, but I guess we're all getting older. RIP, Mr. Neary.
I'll always love his Cap run with Gruenwald. Paul Neary (R.I.P.)
"Good-bye. Good luck. Good riddance."
He was also a long time Marvel UK editor. He hired Alan Moore to do Captain Britain and wrote some Doctor Who comics too. RIP
Here's CBR's article about him.

Marvel UK wouldn't have been the same without him, he oversaw the revamp of Captain Britain and was a major creative force, writing (and illustrating) the Night Raven text stories that saw the character altered into a bizarre deformed detective in the pulp vein. Also I think he might be the best inker Alan Davis ever had, even outshining Mark Farmer, and that art made Excalibur one of the best looking Marvel comics of the time. I admire his creative legacy.
RIP Mr Neary. His creative legacy is huge.
Sad to read this news. RIP Paul Neary.

Sad news. RIP Paul Neary. I kind of enjoyed his work on Captain America, especially the issues featuring Diamondback.
Aw crap, bad news really. Wish his family the best and hope they the best.
