There is also the possibility that Silver Swan here prolly could have some crazy twists and bits to her. King could go crazy with the character and do some wild stuff, who knows.

He seems to be taking pieces from all kinds of runs and having fun with them.

Yeah, he's always done that. His Batman run had Bruce and Selina reference the two different, and contradictory, versions of how they first met. One from the GA and the other from Year One.

I don’t know if King picked up on the fact that Psycho is responsible for Venessa’s transformation into the Silver Swan in Rebirth cannon too.

But if he did, I mean, they’re on the same team now. The drama writes itself.

That would require the writer or the editor to remember that.

Nice to see some creators using Giganta to her full potential. I don't think we've seen her like this since Alex Ross' Justice maxi-series or Infinite Crisis where she captured Power Girl.

They tossed her into a football stadium and then she barfs out the Beast Boy Staro's and takes a nap.

Edit: Why did no one just...close their mouths and stop from turning into beast men that way?

Can't believe an event centered around the worst Titan didn't set the world on fire.

The problem with the event is not the concept, just that it didn't really have a strong execution and storyline.

It was largely just a bunch of random fight scenes with various animalized characters so it made for some decent set-pieces but there wasn't much of a conflict until the like 3 issues when Waller finally does stuff. Like the Giganta fight was cool, but it was pretty much filler.

Like Lion Black Adam was a big part of the marketing but in the actual story its just Starfire and Donna fighting him for a bit in issue 2/3 and he gets taken out with little fanfare.

So the event is just fighting a bunch of animal people until the climax button slams down.
