Exactly what it says. The Kingpin hears of a new threat to his crime kingdom and decides to handle it himself, thinking that it'll just be Spider-Man again. To his surprise, it's some dude decked out in superpowered armor covered in strange runes.

Both have their standard equipment.

Scenario 1: Speed equal
Scenario 2: Speed unequal

Doomguy gets his feats from Doom 1, 2, 64, and Doom 2016. It is the exact same character throughout, after all.

As hilarious as Wilson Fisk can be with his feats I'm pretty certain that he's not bullet proof.

Worst case, the video game character loses the quickdraw and gets shot by the laser cane which...current Fisk doesn't have, but regardless, it wouldn't kill him before he can blow Fisk up with some awful weaopn.
