What are the Marvel equivalents to S.T.A.R. Labs

Honestly, the most prominent one would be the Baxter building.

P.E.G.A.S.U.S. were still around as of the 2007 Nova run, in which they were a pretty big part of the plot (Rich's brother Robbie was working for them)

All things considered, I'll always have a soft spot for that run.
When Evelyn Necker got introduced, I was expecting either OG Death's Head or Minion (DHII) making a grand entrance/appearance.
Aside from a few "scribbles", it sadly never quite happened during this particular run...
