For me, it's NIGHTWING!!!

Mainly Captain Britain. I'd like to see the MCU go international and that Alan Moore run was absolutely dead on, balls accurate.

Howard the Duck might be a good one to try, but I just don't trust anyone to translate Steve Gerber to screen properly.

I'm also for Excalibur as long as it's the original team. Meggan, Cap., Nightcrawler, Shadowcat, and Phoenix.

I'd also really enjoy a Midnight Sons movie. Bring together Morbius, Dr. Strange, Ghost Rider, Blade, and maybe Moon Knight and/or Punisher.

Creature Commandos is another one I'd love too see. Based on the originals, not any of the later adaptions.

I also hope once Marvel Studios rebounds, they give us live action movies set during 2099 and Age of Apocalypse. Those would be fun too.
