Terry Gilliam's Watchmen, just out of pure curiosity. Robin Williams as Rorshach, Arnold as Dr Manhattan, supposedly with a runtime rivaling the War & Peace movie, with the superb and surrealist eye of a visionary director like Gilliam...it may not have been good, but it would have been interesting

    The New Gods.

WB has a potential Lord of the Rings-like franchise right there.

I always thought Mister Terrific would make a great superhero movie.

    For a TV show:
Marvel's New Universe. The books crashed and burned quickly, but I think especially DP7 and Psi Force would be good candidates for a moderate budget show. Then again those might be too similar to other shows like Heroes.

    For the big screen:
Ben Reilly in a comics accurate costume - one can dream.
    ROM Spaceknight

New Universe would be great for TV. Just leave out Kickers Inc and the Troubleshooters from Spitfire & the Troubleshooters. Oh and make Justice a straight up villain. Nightmask alone would be an awesome series.

    Allred's Madman.

Probably would work better as a television series.

As long as Michael Keaton is still breathing, I will always cross my fingers for a live action Batman Beyond.

I can see Dolph Lundgren as Old Man Bruce as well. He would bring a physicality to the role where you can see how he used to be Batman.

    Strontium Dog.

    Spider-Man 2099.

    Scalped.

Okay... so Scalped isn't a superhero movie, but it's definitely a comic book that I would like to see adapted for either tv or film.

    Astro City
There came a time when the Old Gods died! The Brave died with the Cunning! The Noble perished locked in battle with unleashed Evil! It was the last day for them! An ancient era was passing in fiery holocaust!

What was most likely the best possible version of said property already got scrapped a few years back.

Thuder agents (with a HOT looking iron maiden! ;P )

    OMAC (Dwayne Johnson)

Miracleman (Marvel funded with Uk cast and crew. Might have to turn down Johnny Bate's carnage). Would love an Avengers 7 featuring a multiverse hero crossover : New universe/Miracleman/Squadron Supreme : with Cadot, Cavill, Ezra Miller etc as SS!

Irredeemable/incorruptible: Brad Pitt v. Gerard Butler (or someone similar)
