Wow! That list is much larger than I had thought. Darkstar I is my favorite -- and seemed to be able to do the most with it -- especially back in the days of The Champions. Shroud and Cloak are pretty cool. Most of the rest come across as secondary or tertiary users of the darkforce.

    We need more Winter Guard!

Did Quagmire from the original Squadron Supreme have some connection to the dark force dimension?

    Would Oblivion count?

Though I guess any abstract entity could manipulate darkforce if they really wanted

maybe an object rather than a character, but don't forget that one of Mandarin's Maklu'an rings also channelled Darkforce... in that one story where they were all given names, it was christened as "Nightbringer"

his son, Temujin, also had the rings for a spell

they should probably both be added

not to mention Malekith, since he stole 4 of the rings at one point, including Nightbringer (which reminds me, it always seemed a bit silly to me that Dark Elves are not also natural Darkforce users, but I digress)

Several mutants have darkness related mutations that may or may not involve the darkforce.

Darkstar obviously does, as does Silhouette Chord, I think. But there's also Jordan Lewis/Gloom, Patrick Nesbitt/Umbra, Dallas Gibson/Specter and at least one more I can't remember right off.

You might find a few more "dark force" wielders listed here, although it's a wiki, so you may need to research some of the entries on your own to confirm. For example, the mutant Selene is listed as having darkforce adjacent abilities in her entry:

it's one of those things that, because of how it's been codified, anyone with some mystic skills could probably access, if they had the right spells/artifacts/whatever to make it happen.

It's not much, but I'm glad someone mentioned Henrique Manuel Gallante (Darkling/Asylum II).
The majority might not agree, but he brought forth one of my All-Time Favorite events from the 90's...

Looks like the Darkforce and it's users are going to play a part in the upcoming Blood Hunt crossover.
