Who's art were you more of a fan of? Doug Haywood or Tom Morgan?

Morgan. I always found him very underappreciated, and I used to wish he'd take over WCA from Al Milgrom when he did a few fill-in issues for that book. Kevin Hopgood's art was good, but, IMHO, a bit too much dark and gritty for Iron Man. Morgan was, IMHO, more dynamic and exciting.

I, too, liked Tom Morgan's Iron Man.

I don't think I've ever been a fan of Al Milgrom, to be honest. I read a lot of his Spider-Man stuff from the '80s, and he did some awesome covers ... but he also drew probably the crappiest Doctor Octopus I've ever seen.

The introduction of War Machine and Rhodey taking over were some of the first comics I read. When I first started getting comics, I refused to get anything else besides Iron Man. If you want to know why, go back in time and ask my 8 year old self. Any way, I loved these comics.

Glad you found value in it. It was a great run. Anything in particular you want to discuss?
