I would combine the powers of Vixen of DC Comics and Storm of Marvel Comics, and maybe I'd name the character:

Asase Ya (Akan): Asase Ya is a goddess in the mythology of the Akan people of Ghana. She is the Earth goddess and is associated with fertility, agriculture, and the sustenance of life.

Also, I would combine Mister Terrific of DC Comics and Blue Marvel of Marvel Comics. Name? I'd probably call him Mr. Marvel, Multitude Man or Multitude Dude.

(Although Multitude Dude is a rather cartoonish name...)
