I once had a similar idea for merging a super hero with an organized crime figure... Billy Bats (RL mob guy played by Frank Vincent in Goodfellas) + Billy Batson = The Capo: a young street-wise thug who transforms into a powerhouse bruiser by uttering the magic word: "SHINEBOX!"

Tony Stark and Ted Grant-Iron Cat- Keeps abilities near street level when ever possible due to battery and Cardio concerns. Uncorks upper level super strength Repulsor rays and flight when necessary. Can enlarge gloves into kinda of comedic looking extra big boxing glove type things for extra smacking power..... Some should amalgamate all the Dc marvel amalgamation things together . That would be off the shizzle.

Tommy had been a shoe-shiner as a young kid, and as adults Billy kept telling him "go get your shine box" to break balls, until Tommy flipped out jabbed a pen in his throat. that's why I made "shinebox" the magic word lol
