Section 31 versus DC Intelligence community

Do you think Starfleet’s infamous intelligence agency known as Section 31 could easily defeat the Intelligence community of the DCU, or do you think DCIC could defeat Section 31?

I think that Section 31 would try to get the technology from a Shiftship especially the Carrier or the one Elijah Snow is traveling on. just saying.

Depends. I am assuming that the DC Universe is an alternate reality from Section 31 in this scenario. But, in many ways I would guess that there are some similarities between the earth of Star Trek in 2024 and DC's. Any future knowledge or any knowledge Section 31 would have on various alien cultures could be twisted to their advantage. Their technology, however, won't really help them as DC has ships and weapons just as good if not better than what Starfleet has even in the 23rd century and I would assume Amanda Waller would have access to all of that.
