Yeah just because she is crazy chaotic, She can do everything xd. Besides lot of her actions does feel free of consequences.

For me personally is the modern John Constanteen Heckblazer. He is the best of the best magic user who can do and know everything even though he doesn't have an intensive training history or vast resources. Every character around him would either killed to showcase how tragic sad bad boy he is or character assassinated by being dumbed down as John's chess pawn so he could get all the spotlight on himself. He backstabbed allies in DC vs Vampires in broad daylight and doesn't get any backlash for his action and instead got rewarded a heroic death

I have mixed feelings about Bizarro. I kind of like the post-Crisis take where he's literally an imperfect clone of Superman. But the whole square planet thing where he does the opposite of Superman gets old fast. It almost ruined season 2 of S&L for me.
