I would love to see Generation X to return...at least for a mission. Many team members have been quite nicely integrated into the X-Men team (especially Monet, Synch, Jubilee, and also Chamber at times). But it would be great to see them back together.
I think by now they would make an extremely powerful team.
Synch, Monet, Emma Frost are really heavy hitters by now.
This. With Vincente Cimetta finally on the team.

This team gave me nerve damage, it sucker punched me so hard.
Williams' handling of Jean Paul was exquisite and I will never not laugh heartily at reply to Xavier's correspondence on Trevor.
The familial bond that grew with this damaged group of mutants was beautifully done.
I love Krakoa's X-Factor. And I love how well they all connected. Almost everyone had an interesting dynamic with multiple other members, and you had people like Daken who was actively developing because of all the people around him. I'd say Rachel and to a lesser extent, Lorna got the least amount to work with in terms of dynamics. But even then, they had notable team roles, still had some good interactions with others and had their potential cut short.
It's such a breath of fresh air compared to so many of its contemporaries, where you'll have books go on for much longer and there will be team mates who are just there to round out the numbers, or exist to bounce off of one specific character and make them look good. But no. With X-Factor, you had everyone boosting everyone else.
Williams' X-Terminators is the same thing, sort of. The book was only 4 issues long and was primarily a comedy, but you had clear and fun dynamics with the cast. They bounced off each other and helped each other to shine. Literally, in the case of Dazzler.

Gotta be the Outback Team for me, when I think of The X-Men it is this team that I think about.
I don't post often, but I like to chime in now and again.
Yeah as much as I like Longshot. switch him out for Nightcrawler and it'd be perfection for me.

Krakoa, Arakko, and Otherworld forever!
I very much get that, haha. Swapping Longshot out is always welcome. I’m a Dazzler fan that wishes she was never linked with him romantically.
