I’m not too familiar with Tifa but I’ve seen some threads where she’s apparently being under rated and being pit against lesser opponents. So how does she fare against Jack. For this fight assume his sword will work against her. Standard equipment for both.

A 700 ton (actual stated weight) Sumo Wrestler body slammed him with a flying leap and he was pretty munch uninjured. Pinned down however.

They can be to a pretty good degree, but I'm not sure Tifa is one of them.

Tifa is short on speed feats to keep up with Jack. He's a chunk faster than her.
