An Apocalypse story called Heir of Apocalypse and they continue to keep poor Evan dead. Just another thing to hate about Age of X-Man for pointlessly killing him off.

I wonder if whoever takes up the new Apocalypse role will be an antagonist in the new Uncanny run?

This seems interesting. Aside for Sinester and Nature Girl (hope she is the one who dies), the rest of the cast is interesting. Foxe in the X-books has been a hit so far and it seems that Warren is back after his death in Dark X-men, which is good news.

So Cable is in the mix for this but not Archangel? Interesting. And Laura but not Logan, who is a former horseman.

Hmm… I’m intrigued. Will check it out.

The artist formerly known as Nature Girl. I question why she’s here but then I see that Foxe is writing this and I’m pretty sure he’s the one who wrote a good chunk of the dumpster fire that was X-Men Green.

The premise doesn’t interest me or make a lot of sense. There are a lot of characters included here who shouldn’t want anything to do with Apocalypse or any desire to “take his place”, whatever that even means. Specifically wish Rictor was being left out of this, I hated everything that Howard established between those two and would prefer it to be either retconned or ignored. Right now it’s a pass for me.

This is so bizarre. I guess they're implying Arrako stays around if they're retiring him there. I guess the reaction to him mellowing out was enough to try and keep him that way.But when is the relaunch happening? Minis keep ending, then we get more minis. Is there some issue preventing Brevoort from taking over when they first wanted?

The character choices make sense. Rictor, Sinister Cable make sense but others haven't had anything to do with him.
