    Though I recognized him as a Johnny Carson parody right away as a kid, the Nevada surname didn't make sense to me at first until a list of U.S. capitals at school showed me the connection.

    ^^^I only remember it because It’s a parody of a fellow RIV. I’d forgotten all the details though; he appeared in Detective Comics 650, complete w. opening an old timey vault!
