According to the tease back in Women of Marvel #1, it’s Rogue.

I would love to see that. Watch it come out in 20 years in another 'X-Men Legends' title.

Ah, that's good to hear, thanks!

It's possible. I'm not as active on the internet as a lot of other folks are.

Rogue and Kitty were advertised as the leaders of their teams though I feel like it might be co-leading with Gambit since they're moving into his stomping grounds.

I wish they’d release high quality character design sheets for all the new books, including X-force and NYX.
It’s hard to get a good look from one cover.

Jed McKay probably has a Glob cameo going by his Twitter.

I want to get a better look at Laura's costume to see if it's as bad as it looks on the cover.

While I didn't feel they needed to retread or address past conflicts (Magneto kneeling before Scott was utter equine doo-doo). And apparently Hickman also didn't want to..relegating the whole AvX era as "the Lost Years" and I don't give him wrong...A lot of the confusion could have been alleviated if they had given us an issue addressing what happened in the six-month interim between Rosencanny and HoX 01. All we got really was various characters planting gate seeds and Doug doing...something on Krakoa. We still have no idea just how Kraoka himself was found "drafted". (Or maybe I didn't read that issue) Certain key plot points were definitely thrown out for expedience and momentum.
I’m still waiting for what happened in the six month gap before Revolution.

Come to think of it. How many mysteries were that again?

The X-office and writing staff at the time, including Claremont himself, seem to quickly disregard it when Revolution failed as a direction and everything became focused on the what their new "rockstar" writer was spearheading.

Said direction then changed so much about the X-men in general anyway, that they likely treated it as a hard cut between the "silly late 90's" and the "cool new 2000's". Especially when Jemas and co. were trying to finaly get that sweet sweet movie synergy into the comics.

As such it seems everyone silently agreed to just write off everything about Revolution and throw it in the bin with most consideration for the late 90's stories and events.

Also to be fair, Revolution was nowhere near as convoluted and radical as a new direction/status quo as Hickman's mess was, so there is likely little demand to have the comparably "tame" mysteries explained.

Though given how much the Krakoa era lost it's luster over time and now arguably ends in a whimper, it's possible that future writers might not want to pick up and explain the off pannel changes which occured during it's time skip either.

More Glob is always a good thing.
The X-Men are still mostly human-passing mutants and most of the exceptions are still looking good, if not canonically sexy (Kurt).

Just caught up on the reveals and man, this is underwhelming.

I know Krakoa wasn't for everyone, but after that period of creativity and evolution this seems like being a step backwards.

I hope I'm wrong, and that there's a real hook to this era. Nothing so far is enticing me to read from day one though.

Xavier isn't in the contest, but I'm betting he's Traitor X or whoever is being held at the mansion.
