Thrall's power level is all over the place, from being an old hammer wielding orc with barely any power when the elemental spirits abandoned him, to beingan aspect and master of all the elements in azaroth.
I think he is roughly to his nominal levels at the moment. How well does Smaug take a couple of lightning bolts to the face? can he just tank that? if so thrall gets eaten i reckon. Sure he has fought dragons that make smaug look like a gecko, but he has always had help or special items with him.
