Yes, Bobby and Rogue is my favorite X-friendship from the 90s. Mike Carey brought it back for his run, but it's been a while since they've interacted.

Thunderbird is one of my all-time favorites.

Nice. Would love to see him and Logan interact. Back in the early days they were both kind of that similar hot head archetype. Would seem that Logan has had decades to mellow, but John has not since he's been dead for much of that time. So would be fun to see them bounce off of one another IMO.

Hmm...we actually DON'T globetrot much, for a while. The main location is outside New Orleans and we have some huge stuff coming! There are a couple of my favorite places in the world in this first arc but I want to keep them secret for now.

Interesting... well, I look forward to seeing those places and cannot wait for this first arc of Uncanny. I just know David Marquez is going to make it look awesome!

Gail, how are memberships on books decided in this new era? Is it more of a draft? Or is it more, "the office would like to see the following characters spotlighted? Can it just be just a draft because what if one writer is like a bad GM (football fans know what I mean) and just picks a bad team (either for balance or popular characters to draw interest, that would hurt a relaunch which would be bad, however making a writer write for a character he has no desire to write can be a disaster as well. It wouldn't be good for one book to have all the top characters but certain characters work best in conjunction with other characters so how is character distribution handled?

They don't do masterpiece stories like this anymore. I used to complain when i was a kid because i wanted more action. But Lobdell and Fabian told timeless stories that actually sticks with me as life lessons.

I'm super excited for Sophie (and the Cuckoos is general) in NYX, so I was thinking of buying the book digitally and eventually trades (I don't live in North America, so floppies are a no-no).

Okay. This is a two-part answer, because I get this question a lot.

First, I absolutely 100% believe that any legal method of purchasing the book counts, it's support, and bless you for it. It all is great. I've seen pros bash trade-waiters and digital purchasers and I think that's just wrong wrong wrong. You bought it, I love ya.

If you are talking about what is the MAXIMUM support you can give a book, it is pre-ordering in both floppy and collected formats. That's just a fact, that's the thing that is most likely to make the book be considered a success.
But I don't feel readers should have to worry about that. If you buy it digitally through legitimate resources, to me, that's absolutely wonderful and much appreciated!
