Yep. The problem with Wikipedia is that anyone can add to it without vetting. That Amethyst appearance was a retcon. I'm happy for it though because they gave him a much better look than his Silver Age look.

There being many Robins, Superboys, Wonder Girls, etc is an issue that's been explored and constantly mentioned as well.
In the Jay Garrick book Fairplay and Quiz Kid are best friends, so the rival option is off the table. Both of them do practically the same thing.
They’d just be a duo then, like Betsy Ross and Molly Pitcher.
I'm wondering if we'll even see Golden Age Aquaman by the end of this.
I like Aquaman and think using the original version, who was a different character just as Alan Scott was different from Hal Jordan, could be interesting. I'd rather see a revived Golden Age character than the Junior Society of Johns' OCs.
I'm curious why people take issue with it. It's just as valid as using any other Golden Age character.
Arthur’s orange tunic and green pants were retcon back in the 90s, to be Atlantian prison garb that he found.
I believe this is still the case post-flashpoint and post-rebirth.
Just say GA Aquaman’s scientist father found the same clothing in an abandoned Atlantean jail outpost, as well.

DC Wikia is flawed and messy.
