What if Crystal did a Kate Middleton?

^The thread title is in reference to Kate's Photoshopped family photo, not her recent absence from public life.

Though Marvel did do a cancer storyline at least three times to my knowledge. It's how Mar-Vell died (his powers meant chemotherapy didn't work), the other two are Firestar (who got it from her own powers) and Jane Foster (who died because her Thor powers were negating the chemo, but she was resurrected by Odin, gave up being Thor and recovered, later becoming Valkyrie).

^^^Marvel also had a mini series called One Month To Live (1 Month 2 Live), where a man gains superpowers and terminal cancer after exposure to toxic waste. The story follows his brief career as a superhero, trying to make a difference in the little time he had.
