Wasn't he supposed to answer questions about Krakoan's loose ends or something ? I remember them asking readers for questions.

I also found it interesting that White was looking to put Justice and Firestar on Krakoa but none of the writers were interested at the time... whenever we wonder why character X gets used / character Y doesn't get used, that's likely what it boils down to, writers being / not being interested in writing them.
I always find these bits of info so interesting. He wanted Firestar and Justice earlier but no one was choosing them until the X-fan vote happened.

Yeah Rachel's costume has a similar spine detail. It's neat.

It wasn't an official "call for questions", Chris Hassan asked people on X about loose ends and the response was so big that he said he'll let the questions help inform the final X-Men Monday's of the Krakoan era. So we may get one dedicated solely to loose ends or he'll work them into various interviews.

So that will probably be Jean’s costume in the new era, unfortunate, it’s so ugly. And the Phoenix book seems like it will have a cosmic focus, don’t particularly care for that, really depends heavily on the creative team.

Firestar romped to victory in the vote by a clear majority if you read between the lines.

Hopefully this will encourage writers to use her in future.

I can see why writers would prefer to use same old characters we see every month. They sell.

I wish he was staying. And I wish Krakoa era was still here.

He wanted Vance in the stories. Too bad that didn’t happen.

Of course it seems like the only writer actually interested in them was Foxe instead of Duggan when you see how the latter ended up handling Angelica.

Though I feel like it's kind of weird for JDW to harp on the "anti-Superhero" thing when the New Warriors mini with Firestar involved never even got published and as far as we can tell she was mentoring young heroes. She retired in Civil War but that was basically just abstaining from the conflict and she eventually got back to active heroing after dealing with her cancer.

I believe Madison died towards the end of Sabretooth and the Exiles. I think Kingdom X is correct about it being Wiz Kid, suited up for the upcoming battle with the Externals in Unlimited.

Aw, that makes sense. I hoped it was the return of Box, since the color sheme is similar. I have a hard time believing Madison is really dead. I would't be surprised if he comes back during the current Wolverine torture porn event.
