Preferred Cheetah look - Barbara Edition

Of those samples offered, I would honor the Perez design (A) but for her spots reading as too polka dot-y. So F gets my marker in this case.
Nice to see some appreciation of WW1984 Barbara Cheetah design.

Man the 84 look is the best. She really would be blonde as a real cheetah & with slicked back hair. Love the tear lines ugh!

I'm not really a fan of were-creature Cheetah. Cheetah was classically more of a cat-girl. Yes, a were-creature looks scarier, but.... you don't need to go overboard on that.

I'm biased since that's the first Cheetah design I saw.

Not a fan of the Cheetah print making it seem like she's wearing crotch less pants. But I like that it makes her look sophisticated and dangerous.

LOVE Gail Simone's characterization and Nicola Scott's overall art for Barbara, but the crotchless appearance jumps out at me from the outfit design immediately. Oddly enough, considering that Cheetah is often depicted as nude except her fur, the implication of partial nudity in that manner is off putting.

True, that is annoying, and something I'd change. Aside from that i's a great look.

Just discovered honorable mention: Animated BATMAN:UNLIMITED
Minimal but functional accessories (where DOES naked Cheetah carry her keys and lady-stuff?). The bracelets and belt moclkingly mirror Diana's amazon accoutrements.

I have seen drawings of Mafdet that depict her as having snakes in her hair. If they ever change it so that Mafdet curses/empowers Cheetah, maybe they can throw in a few snakes to drive home the Medusa comparison.

I think utilizing an Egyptian goddess and really emphasizing the Egyptian aesthetics would help sell Cheetah as being divine equivalent to Diana on a visual level.

I am actually surprised it still has not been done. It would definitely help silence the whole "why is Wonder Woman's supposed archenemy a woman in Cheetah print" BS arguments.

F, I really liked that Year of the Villain one-shot and Cheetah looked great in it.

Generally, I prefer Cheetah to be sexy and don't like the designs that make her less sexy. Wasn't a fan of the Rebirth one, though, I did like Cheetah in that story (even if I have soured on Rebirth WW broadly)

The Lynda Carter TV show comic had a cute Cheetah though, lemme fine it
