Definitely, my choice would be Mima's room from Perfect Blue (1997):

    "Good-bye. Good luck. Good riddance."

That IS niiice. I'm a frequent visitor to Japan. I must see if I can find a Tatami mat for the bedroom of my tiny apartment...

Since your apartment's tiny, you could pick 4 and a half tatami mats.

Definitely, my next choice would be Belle's room from Beauty & the Beast (1991):

    "Good-bye. Good luck. Good riddance."

The majority won't agree, but the bedroom of Lady Clarisse de Cagliostro is a personal favorite (T_T)

Prince Akeem's bedchamber in Coming to America film looks incredibly nice.

As cool as an Imperial Walker might look as a home on the outside, it doesn't look too comfortable inside.

Even then-homeless-drifter Rogue thought Wolverine's Rolling Dump of a Domicile was pretty bad in X-Men.

Poltergeist bedroom could also count as one of the bad ones, it's got a vortex to another dimension in it's closet which attacks Craig T Nelson with a giant skull (Presumabely that of the Beast or Kane), and at the end becomes a nasty maw with tentacles coming out of it.

And even without the closet the tree outside and the possessed clown toy attack Robbie when it's trying to kidnap Carol Anne.
