If Capcom and Disney/Marvel make another Fighting Game, which X-MEN looks?

What would you like the X-MEN to look in a Capcom made fighting game, which is Marvel vs Capcom 4, or X-MEN vs Street Fighter 2, or even Children of the Atom 2 or Marvel Super Heroes 2. With X-MEN 97 premiering and popularity and also the relaunch of From the Ashes in comics. Which X-MEN appearances should be based on. 1 What worked in the 90s, the classic looks from the original sprites with some updates from X-MEN 97 like Storm mohawk. 2. Based on the looks from the Ashes or maybe before that with Krakoa. Or 3. Capcom own look which is a mixture of all 2. What would you like? and with X-MEN 97 and the 90s coming back i rather we stick to the classic sprite but I understand those that want more comic accurate looks.

the main costumes should be created for the game… then since it’ll most likely be a 2.5 game they can easily make alternate costumes for each character to sell as dlc like street fighter 5/6 so everything should be in the table

How bout put all the cool characters people want to use and give them diffent costumes and eras to choose from; I feel like all games do that now anyways.

You have no clue how much this would be a wonderful time for it. And I bet Marvel will start increasing deadlines for something like it since 97 is looking like a major hit as of now.

First of all I would just have a heart attack from the sheer joy of Capcom announcing another X-Men fighting game.

But if they gave us a remake of X-Men vs Street Fighter, I would use their Krakoa era gear but have the classic costumes as DLC.
