No doubt, but it's not like Wells or Lowe are using those characters. Ned especially seems like he's barely been used and was only resurrected to become a villain anyway.

I think it's going to be Ben Reilly, with the quantum goo suit, ditching the Chasm ID after absorbing Norman's sins. Hell, he's got the color scheme already lol. Then Kaine gets to deal with the fallout in his miniseries with Reilly this summer.
