The cover to #52 is an homage to Amazing Spider-Man #300. The "new" Goblin is probably going to be Peter again. The outline of the glider even looks like Peter's glider.

Yeah I would guess character wise it would be one of the following:
Sins personified (so we can have Norman and Green Goblin as different characters)
Peter
Paul
Ben
MJ
And then there are the long shot characters like Randy and JJ but I think it is going to be one of the above. With Peter being my best guess.

I keep thinking that that device that split Peter and Spider-Man into two people is gonna show up and split Norman and the Goblin into two proper personas.
