So, big surprise. She's back.

And she's waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay OP. Like, curbstomping Priscilla at over 100% power level of OP. At just 10% of her power. While in a weaker body.

And then she awakens to an even more ridiculous power.

Sooo, how does she compare in the following universes?

Bleach
Naruto
One Piece
Dragon Ball/Z.

She's definitely the mightiest being in her universe, but she still looses to the top end guys of Bleach, Naruto, One Piece and DBZ.

She has nothing to take down a Logia and the Naruto universe has way too many exotic techniques for her to deal with. In DBZ she'd still get blitzed.

Bleach? I think she would do fine for the most part, I could see her as captain level but it's hard to compare.
