Quanxi (Chainsaw Man) vs Mei Mei (Jujutsu Kaisen)

Quanxi has much better speed feats than Mei Mei. Are sorcerers allowed to have cursed energy durability enhancements running at the bell? Mei Mei took a couple hits from a special grade cursed spirit dropping a boulder the size of a wan on her, and I don't think Quanxi had great striking feats... Though, I'm only thinking of her base form. If she gets the other form, she is probably fine, especially if it is the version that fought awakened Chainsaw Man.

Anyway, while I feel the blitz likely decides this fight, it is worth asking how many crows count as standard equipment for Mei Mei. And I guess if her little brother does as well.
