Who Is Donna Troy from the pre-Crisis universe. Robin investigating her history was a sweet story. Despite how creepy her marriage was.
Assassinate Putin!
The two parter that starts with Teen Titans #28 immediately comes to mind.

Kinda a cheat but... JLA/ TITANS: THE TECHNIS IMPERATIVE
Runaways
Rescue Mission to Vega (I don't think the saga has an official name, but that's the first time the Titans travel to Vega to rescue Starfire)
Who Is Donna Troy?
The Judas Contract (of course)
The Origin of Lilith (Baxter series 7-10, with art by Jose Luiz Garcia Lopez)
Who is Wonder Girl?
Titans Hunt (the original, by Wolfman and Grumett)
Titans Children (the introdutory arc of the Atom's Titans)
Then and Now (I really liked that team of 1996 Titans)
JLA/Titans (by Grayson and Jimmenz)
Tartarus (basically streaching out through the first year of Devin Grayson's 1999 series)
Strange, the Titans have had dozens of incarnations, and yet, so few self-contained sagas that come to mind. Mostly, I enjoy runs. But, I'm sure, more will later come to mind.
Peace

I actually loved the 2nd Trigon story - the first Baxter issues. That comparison of how Raven's face had changed to the reveal of how she now looked like her father was so creepy.
I also loved the use of Wally and Lilith in that story.
I love that Terror of Trigon story which also features my favourite George Perez art ever (although it's a tough one to call when everything he did looked so amazing!)
I also have a huge soft spot for the various Donna origin stories, all of them. Who is Donna Troy? Who is Wonder Girl? Who is Troia?
The Judas Contract, obv.
Titans Hunt is amazing, so ambitious and so well-executed.
JLA/Titans and the whole Devin Grayson run on Titans, I don't think these get celebrated nearly enough.
New Teen Titans #13. The resurrection of the Doom Patrol!
I really like Damage's storyline near his exit in Titans (99) with him and Roy. Really emotional story, and they told it well. Also really liked the issue where Garth took charge on the team to go rescue Lilith.
Really like a lot of the stuff that happened in Jurgens' Teen Titans (94) too, the Titans really needed a revamp and we got fresh characters with respect to the past.
Also, of course there's the usuals - A Day in the Life, Who Is Donna Troy?, Terror of Trigon, Judas Contract. Too many for me too name.
I don’t care for Donna's relationship with Terry, but somehow really love the wedding issue.
