If we're talking base DS, then Lina maaaay pull off a win. Her powers are substantially stronger than anything standard DS has. I don't recall him being particularly fast in his standard form

Once he starts getting power ups (like the Majin form), he just speedblitzes.

DS has some form of healing factor, right? Lina has a spell to reverse those. That's probably a much quicker way of winning this, which she may or may not ever get to think about using.
