Killer Croc and Bane vs Bebop and Rocksteady

Feats tend to be up and down, but whatever versions you feel are standard. Batman's "strong man" rogues and the Turtles' mutant nemeses are often in that nebulous range of being "post-human" in strength and durability, yet can still be taken down by peak humans, and are definitely vulnerable to normal weapons, so they still tend to get stomped by "true" supers.

In the Arena, no weapons, which duo comes out on top?

No weapons could make it interesting, not that I think Croc and Bane are known for shooting stuff, but without knowing if there are comics now, Mutant Mayhem (which will get a sequel) could be current Turtles canon, and Bebop and Rocksteady have muscle and at least Rocksteady's horn to stab. And Rocksteady wasn't outright knocked out by Superfly (the strongest mutant in the movie) punching him feet away, so it could be a tough fight depending on Bane's current capabilities and Croc's teeth and claws.
