Aside from decent durability, some vague energy manipulation, and psionic powers, Vigo's feats are sorely lacking and his power is more implied, which is no good in Rumbles. Moreover, in Khazan, the massive amounts of negative energy required to boost him are absent, so he won't be at his best.

Willow should see him off handily with a magic command that renders him paralyzed, followed by a quick "bored now." If that's not enough, she's got forcefields he'd struggle to penetrate, psionic powers (TK, mind-control etc) of at least an equal level to his, teleportation to keep away from him, energy blasts, lifeforce absorption abilities, and the ability to amp herself to Buffy levels physically.

She's too much for him.
