has Mojo ever actually fought any of the X-Men?

Back in the day I never had the luxury of reading whater issues of old Uncanny X Men Mojo was in. I was more into Power Pack and Alpha Flight and original Spider Ham and Groo.

was Mojo more of a behind the scenes wacko character pitting characters to fight to the death in stadiums for entertainment mostly? Mojo even get into actual physical fights against any of the X-Men back in the day? If so then what did he use for weapons yada yada?

I know in TAS Jubilee used her powers to disable his cybernetic legs and then Wolvie threatened to kill him. Not much of a fight though, but his metal tail could fire energy bolts.

He did. In Uncanny X-Men Annual #10, the issue Longshot joins the team.

Jubilee and Wolverine also come up against Mojo in Wolverine # 51-53. Jubilee defies Mojo… who gives her a choice to become his slave for all of eternity, or stop a universe-destroying big bang from happening. Wolverine thwarts Mojo’s plans with a bomb from what I recall… and Jubilee fights Mojo and makes a getaway with Wolverine.

Of note, parts of this story will likely be seen in the next X-Men ‘97 episode.

In the original Longshot mini-series, before he was even associated with the X-men, Mojo fought Dr. Strange. He seemed to have no problem holding off Strange's magic.

Mojo also showed up and briefly fought the X-men right at the tail end of Jim Lee's run.
