Is Gage purposely trying to make Jane sound so condescending? I thought maybe I just wasn’t feeling the vibe in issue one but she’s getting worse?

Huh and here I thought that Earth-X Logan was just here as a joke character but Gage gave him some nice depth in these opening pages alone in that, while he puts on airs, he feels himself to be a wash up who had created a self-fulfilling prophecy with his relationship and is here because he’s hoping to get his mojo back. And really, you can’t help but root for him after this preview.

Honestly, she doesn't read that different to me than some other Tough Guy takes on Logan. It's not my favorite flavor of Wolverine, but it doesn't seem off-brand.

Agreed. I never liked that version of Logan. Still don’t. But I can at least sympathize with him now.
