    Dunno if it's that random, or if it was a reference to Maisie Williams portraying Rahne.

    They ought to have invited Transonic and started a proper book club, though probably not even anyone in-universe remembers she exists.

    Bingo, I always thought that's what it was.

    Storm will bring Chinua Achebe's Things Fall Apart.

    Years ago, I can't remember the issue, I'm sure it was Silvestri on art and was when Lorna was possessed by Malice, there was a copy of The Tale Of The Body Thief. I can't remember whether it was her or Havok reading it though.

    I would kill to hear Storm’s thoughts on that book!

    Cyclops always seemed like someone who would like to read western novels at least in my mind.

    One of Warren's "old favourite" is The Past Through Tomorrow, by Robert A. Heinlein.
    First Warren in Dark X-Men #1, and then Genis-Vell in Captain Marvel #1. Seriously, Marvel?!
    Avatar reflecting my mood. I couldn't stand the sunny high-flying Angel one anymore.

    Chamber is almost on the record of saying that Vonnegut is an America he doesn’t hate. So take of that what you will.
    “Fleeing through the labyrinths with the hordes of the living dead fast upon them;
    Once again they found themselves trapped in front of the abyss.”

    That would be fun if Wolverine brought his samurai novels and they compared the two
