Morph: comic book version

Now that Morph is a full-time member of the animated team and the show is proving pretty popular, do you guys think we will see the return of comic book Morph?
If so, which version would you prefer?

1) The original Changeling from the 60s (Kevin Sidney)
2) The AoA version who was a member of the X-men (Kevin)
3) The one from Exiles (Earth-1081 Kevin)
4) The newest Morph (Benjamin Deeds from Bendis' run)
5) Other (like making 616 Kevin closer to the show)

Bring back Kevin - with his added psionic powers, no longer sick, younger... and then have him become Morph.

Definitely Exiles Morph - he's the most developed out of all of them, and has some great history to pull from. Unfortunately, AU characters in 616 don't exactly get the most development. They have been all over the map trying to re-secure 616 Blink based on her AoA/Exiles popularity...

616 Morph was kinda cool, as a mimic metamorph I think ?

But honestly yeah with the AoA design he would look cooler. And Exiles' had a better personnality.

This is the right approach IMO.

I would rather 616 Changeling evolve into Morph, adopting Exile's Morph's personality. I'm indifferent to his normal human face, so he could morph back and forth between that and his more cartoony look. I would just give him an updated costume that looks nothing like the AOA's version.

I am partial to the Original Changeling with his classic costume.

He also had a gun holstered on his costume at times--which could aid him if he is kept with his og powers.

Well, after Krakoa pretty much any character can be brought back. They could just say that he was brought back off-panel during the Krakoan age.

CHANGELING: Did it work? Did you finally take down the X-Men's greatest enemy the Z'Nox?

XAVIER: The what? Oh yes of course! Totally beat them.

CHANGELING: And the team was ok with you lying to them and faking your death?

XAVIER: Uh... sure yes. No one had a problem with that at all. (Looks down at his shoes)

CHANGELING: And I bet things got way better for mutants after everyone came together to oppose those aliens.

XAVIER: (coughs nervously) Yep. Smooth sailing for mutants yes sir. Nothing but blue skies from now on.

CHANGELING: Oh, thank goodness! I would hate to think that my death was pointless or that I ended up being forgotten. It would be like my death was for nothing!

XAVIER: (nervously moves his eyebrows like Homer Simpson) Yes well... I have to go now. (instead of walking out the door, leaps out the window) Xavier out bitches!

I think the original version of Changeling was brought back by the Five, so I think it'd make the most sense to use him and have him evolve into a version similar to the animated series/Exiles/AoA one. The 616 version of Changeling/Morph wasn't given a ton of development, as I recall, so I feel like it wouldn't be too difficult to write him closer to the animated version.
