I do not know or care for Tank. Excited for Surge and Forge and Sage alot. Phoenix and Betsy I like but I hope their relationship is not the only thing about them in the book. Deadpool I can do without so glad he's a guest

I feel like you just decided that it was about Wade’s killing habits and then ran with it lol. Some people just don’t like his humor, or specifically his humor under some writers (Wade is only gonna be as funny as the author is and comic book writer does not equal comedian). He’s a strong personality which means he’s not gonna be everyone favorite. It’s not a bad thing that people have their character preferences.
I bet DP gives them those uniforms, they match much of his color scheme.
At first I thought the gun wielded is Greycrow.
Hm. I don't think they really much interacted? Of all the members of that team, I think Betsy is the one Wade interacted the less? I can't seem to recall any scene in which they talked to each other outside of any "tactical" exchange during the thick of the action? My memory is mostly limited to up to Dark Angel Saga, and fuzzy at beast - and it gets even more fuzzy after Warren leaves the title, so don't count me as a reliable source, though.
Still, that Wade was very... mature? He wasn't much annoying as in other portrayals of his and even his humour and 4th wall break thing was limited and tone down IMHO (that's why I think he worked so well in X-Force and with that "gloomy" cast), so I wouldn't count him as an example.
First Warren in Dark X-Men #1, and then Genis-Vell in Captain Marvel #1. Seriously, Marvel?!
Avatar reflecting my mood. I couldn't stand the sunny high-flying Angel one anymore.

Geoffrey Thorne is the real deal. His work on Mosaic was impeccable. I’m all in.

I don't know about 'writers' but I always speak the truth.
I pitched them a team led by Forge with ZERO "marquee" characters with a spin nobody else had pitched. I pitch a lot of stories to a lot of people and most of them get shot down. It's always a surprise when the more offbeat ones are the ones that get traction.
How offbeat they remain by the time you see them is another story entirely.
Nonetheless, based on the issues that have made it through the editorial minefield intact, I'm excited for July.
I'm throwing my hat in the ring with the idea that Tank is Madison Jeffries. That looks is VERY similar to the last look of the Box armor Madison had in his Alpha Flight days. The name jump from "box" to "tank" makes sense. And given Forge's new direction, it would make sense to align himself with a mutant who had total control over inorganic matter.
Also glad Betsy is done with the Captain Britain stuff. I feel like Brian Braddock was sacrificed to prop Betsy up after Marvel couldn't just get rid of the visual of Kwannon and stuck her with the Psylocke identity. Hopefully Brian will resume his rightful role as Captain Britain, Betsy gets a new codename, and Kwannon...well, hopefully she just goes away and Betsy gets Psylocke again.
i hope that mosaic comment was a joke not only was he the worst character created in the last 25years that may have been the worst selling marvel comic of the past 25 years and its not even close.....it take a lot of bad to have your book canceled before issue 1 even hit the stands, i just hoping he was forced to write that comic at gunpoint by the marvel bosses as part of their inhuman push which almost bankrupted our store. Just find it messed up again to have an x-force book with no CABLE .....doubtful this makes 10 issues
Unfortunately for you, he was DOA because of his origin. The fans didn't want more new Inhumans. The only successful ones are Moon Girl and Ms. Marvel - and both have had adaptations which changed their origins - MCU Kamala being a mutant from the start, the comics version also being retconned as half-mutant half-Inhuman for synergy, and Lunella's cartoon aged her up and just makes her a baseline human. Being an Inhuman was an instant KO to Mosaic's chances of success.

So the roster will change around, which is a somewhat fresh take. The Krakoa gates are history and I don't see any teleporters among the group. Forge could probably build one with his "omega-level" building skill, but I'll keep my fingers crossed for a Shatterstar cameo.
