The agreement also provides Disney with the opportunity to reunite the X-MEN with the Marvel family under one roof and create richer, more complex worlds of inter-related characters and stories that audiences have shown they love. It only makes sense for Marvel to be supervised by one entity. There shouldn't be two Marvels.
"He's pure power and doesn't even know it. He's the best of us."-Matt Murdock
"I need a reason to take the mask off."-Peter Parker

My only critique
Too much soap opera in this episode
Last 10 minutes saved it
Jean Scott had a baby with another woman and lost that child. Anyone sane would back off and give that person space. Work on your own personal growth and development but nope not on this show.
Rogue is even messier than Jean
Magneto can touch you and tells you optimistic and wise things instant love
Remy is a fool for accepting their situation and being in love with someone like anna who is conflicted about everything. Its almost karmic that both of her lovers died protecting her in spite of her rejecting them both
I hope the show is hard on her going forward. I need Storm or Jubilee to savage her she should have resolved the whole plot by absorbing gambits powers and destroying the sentinel. No need for gambits sacrifice if someone invulnerable took the stab right?
I had to delete my original response because I was about to argue with you that Jean was messier than Rogue, but I think you're right.
Rogue is cold, she knew damn well when Mags got on the team that they had a past, she was sashaying into his room and stealing touches with Gambit in plain sight and lying to him about it. That was old Southern Belle "woman with a past" messy on her part.
But I'm here for all the soap opera mess.
since when is Rogue from the animated series considered young?
She always gave me 27 ish vibes.
Rogue has a similar origin to the comics in TAS. She ran away from home after her powers manifested presumably in her teens, Mystique took her in and she joined the brotherhood. The only difference here is she seems to have met Magneto before she joined the X-Men, thus the implication this happened when she was very young.
I think she might be mid-twenties in present times, but that's a bigger guess. She was definitely pretty young since she still lived with her parents and had just had her first kiss when Mystique took her in.
People are too hard on both of them. It's not like any normal person has to deal with clones that get married to their spouses or an inability to touch anyone due to them possibly dying.Originally Posted by Android 17
I'm not saying either made good choices here, but I'm not gonna call them a mess either for being confused about navigating weird and strange relationships.
