I think that if Laura has to be in that book, they should have at least gave her some street clothes to fit with the rest of the cast. She and Kamala stand up in the bad way compared to the others who wear street clothes. And like many have said that uniform is fugly.

The saddest part is that she had one of the best ones from the Mariko Tamaki on going. Going from that to this is... more sad than Jean going from X-men Red to Marvel Girl.

I kinda knew going in that this series wouldn't be something I would be following and the announcement confirms that feeling. Happy for fans of the characters and that hopefully this series will be good but I have been burned by Hivemind too many times to bother getting invested in this series.

Surprised that’s Sophie and not Kiden. I wonder what happened to her sisters.
I like what the writers have to say, but their involvement is still my biggest source of worry. Their past work has not been great.
Hopefully now that they’re doing their dream book they can finally deliver.
The cast is surprisingly solid if we ignore MCU synergy. I hope we see more X-kids as the book continues.
Characters like Wind Dancer, Elixir and Hellion would have been great fits.

At the initial press release I knew this would be the most difficult sell for me, based off of what I remember to be the premise of the original NYX.

Now...with this cast reveal...this is a definitive "No" for me.

As the first and only Laura/Sophie shipper after X-23 vol4 I'm glad about Sophie, I hope we can still get a glimpse of Kiden Nixon and her gang.
Never read anything from Hivemind, but already seen very mixed opinions about them.
At least what's said in Marvel article gives a bit of hope with this title.

I'm more interested in this than I thought I'd be honestly. Definitely happy to see Kamala back in her classic costume. I know they're going for a 90's retro vibe with all of the logos but I wish they'd just use the original NYX logo.

I'll give this a shot, almost solely because of Sophie. I'm not the biggest fan of them splitting up the Cuckoos though.

I am so happy to see some NXM love finally. We need to support this book as well as Xforce and show Marvel these characters are needed. I hope we get cameos of their friends like Wallflower, Winddancer, Tag, Hellion, Rockslide, Mercury, Loa, Trance, Indra to name a few
