They go incognito by wearing streetclothes similar to that of their costumes and keeping their colorful hair visible? Okay.

We haven't seen their costumes. We have no idea how similar they are.

And the hair thing can easily just be that someone has a similar hair color, come on now. Outlandish hair colors is not strange in this day and age.

So it could be the whole season with no costumes and bad wigs and the vague hope that effects can fix what right now looks like bad characterization? Those promo pics are going to have to be spectacular, the inhumans couldn't even convince the public of give them a chance for free.
